What shipping methods do you offer?

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time. We also do not have an option for overnight shipping.

United States Shipping

Shipping methods and estimated delivery dates of Standard and Expedited Shipping are provided under the shipping method options before you checkout on www.giftlab.com, which may differ depending on your shipping address.

Take the shipment to the US as an example, you can choose the shipping method before checkout:

  • Standard shipping: 

The postage is $7.99 but is free for orders over $49. It will take about 7-10 business days for delivery.

  • Express shipping:

The postage is $25.95, which will take about 3-5 business days for delivery.

Global Shipping Methods

We can provide the flat rate Standard Shipping & DHL Express but please take note that this varies for different countries and regions, shipping methods and shipping time may vary.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance cost is $1.99 and you have the option to choose it or not upon checkout (pls. refer to the screenshot above). 

Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We will reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported to be lost or damaged. 

Can I change my shipping method?

Shipping is determined at the point of sale. If you need to change the shipping method, it is necessary to contact us or submit the modification request through this Shipping Modification Online Self-service Guide BEFORE SHIPPING for expedited shipping on the system. Our Customer Support will reply back to you about the postage and shipping method update within 24 hours. Once an order has been placed, there is a very narrow window in which to make changes to the order. Once the order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, shipping cannot be updated at this point.
