To track your most recent orders, please simply click on "Track My Order" in the upper right of GiftLab page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Soufeel orders. You are also welcome to CONTACT US by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner for more detailed information.
How can I track my package?
Step 1: Click Track My Order in the top right corner of mobile web & desktop browsing.

Step 2: Enter the email address, which has been used to place the order and track;
Please note:
- If it says "Sorry, we cannot find any order records, please make sure you are entering the email you used to place your order", this would mean that a different/wrong email address was provided.
- Or, if you just placed the order, minutes ago, you will also get the same notification, because it will take about 30 minutes for the order record processed in our fulfillment system. If you just place the order, please track it 30 mins later.
